The 90-Day Growth Roadmap

Work top to bottom. Each phase assumes roughly 8–10 focused hours a week, all of it free.

Days 1–30

Foundations — make the site earn the traffic

Everything visitors need to subscribe, buy or enquire is in place before you drive anyone to it.

  1. 01Install analytics and Search Console; submit the sitemap. (Day 1)
  2. 02Create the Writing Services page: ghostwriting, editing, publishing support, with prices-from and an enquiry form. (Week 1)
  3. 03Add email capture to Home, Book Room, News and every book page — one lead magnet, one form. (Week 1)
  4. 04Set up MailerLite free and build the 6-email welcome sequence. (Week 1–2)
  5. 05Move the blog to peculiarpages.co.uk/blog; redirect the Blogspot posts. If a move isn't possible yet, keep Blogspot but publish new posts on the domain. (Week 2)
  6. 06Publish the 5 pillar pages and 6 posts. (Weeks 2–4)
  7. 07Rewrite titles and descriptions for the five main pages from the meta plan. (Week 2)
  8. 08Set up Google Business Profile as a service-area business with 10 photos. (Week 3)
  9. 09Ask 5 past clients for Google reviews and 3 readers for testimonials. (Week 3–4)
  10. 10Build the tracking sheet and start filling it every Monday. (Week 4)

Content engine — traffic and subscribers on repeat

A publishing rhythm you can sustain, plus distribution that compounds without paid ads.

  1. 01Publish 3 posts a week; each repurposed into 8 social pieces in one batching session.
  2. 02Launch the referral system: share-to-unlock on every book page, link logged in Sheets.
  3. 03Run one free 5-day 'Finish Your Book' challenge to your list and groups; it feeds the referral ladder.
  4. 04Start the weekly newsletter — same structure every week, one CTA.
  5. 05Pinterest: claim the site, create 4 boards, publish 5 pins a week.
  6. 06LinkedIn: switch on Creator Mode, post 4× a week, comment 20 minutes daily.
  7. 07Join 5 Facebook groups and 3 LinkedIn groups; answer before promoting.
  8. 08Send 10 partnership emails: 3 podcasts, 3 bloggers, 2 book clubs, 2 universities.
  9. 09Pitch the ACW newsletter and one UK Christian podcast with the ghostwriting angle.

Amplification — convert attention into book sales and clients

Turn an audience into revenue: launch, referrals and repeatable conversion.

  1. 01Run the Book of the Season promotion: 7-email sequence, trailer across all channels, guide as the lead magnet.
  2. 02Host one live event — a free 45-minute workshop for a university, church or ACW group.
  3. 03Launch the Ambassador tiers and invite your top 20 referrers personally.
  4. 04Refresh the 10 posts with impressions but no clicks; rewrite titles against Search Console data.
  5. 05Add an FAQ block to every book page from the real questions readers ask.
  6. 06Build the blog-to-book lead magnet for business owners and add it to the services page.
  7. 07Publish one case study: a client project, start to finish, with permission.
  8. 08Review the quarter: kill what produced nothing, double what worked.
